Before you write
- 01
Update first
Install the latest version from the store's My Assets page in the Package Manager. The changelog in each package lists what changed.
- 02
Read the manual
Every package includes its manual in its Documentation folder. Most setup questions are answered in its first chapter.
- 03
Open a sample
Each asset ships samples. If a sample works but your scene doesn't, compare the two. That narrows the problem down fast.
- 04
Find the first error
Clear the Console, reproduce once, and copy the first error with its stack trace. Later errors are often side effects.
- 05
Try a clean project
If you can, import the asset into a new empty project. If the problem goes away, another package or setting is involved.
Bug reports
What to include
The Report an issue button fills this in for you. Most of our assets are deterministic, so steps that reproduce the problem reliably are worth a lot.
Asset and version: Unity version (e.g. 6000.0.85f1): Render pipeline (Built-in / URP): Platform and scripting backend (e.g. Windows, IL2CPP): What I expected: What happened instead: Steps to reproduce: First error in the Console (full text):

FAQ
Which license do the assets use?+
The Standard Unity Asset Store EULA, including its seat rules. You can ship the assets inside commercial games. If you're unsure how the seat rules apply to your team, ask us.
How do I get updates?+
Download them from My Assets in the Package Manager. Read the changelog before you update a project that's in production.
Is the source code included?+
Yes. Every asset ships its full C# source, so you can read, debug and change any part of it.
Can I get a refund?+
Refunds go through the store's own refund policy. If something isn't working, email us first. Most problems can be fixed quickly.
Do you take custom or integration work?+
Sometimes. Tell us about the project, the timeline and what you need, and we'll let you know if we can help.
Does this website track me?+
No. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. Even the fonts are served from here.
